The Contest commences at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on May 20th, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2008 (the "Contest Period").

Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by CareerBuilder.com, LLC ("Sponsor"), 200 N. LaSalle Street, 11th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601.

Eligibility: The Contest is offered and open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 and older as of the date of entry, who have a valid e-mail address. The Contest is not open to employees, independent contractors, officers, and/or directors of Sponsor, Sponsor's parent, related, affiliated and/or subsidiary companies, Sponsor's advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies or Sponsor's legal advisors.

How to Enter: Visit the START BUILDING Headline Contest home page located at http://www.buildmydreamteam.com during the Contest Period and submit an Official Entry form including your proposed advertising headline, complete name, address including ZIP code, telephone number, your primary e-mail address and answers to other questions on the Official Entry form (collectively, the "Online Entry"). No previously published headlines may be submitted nor will such a submission qualify as an Online Entry. All Online Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No correspondence will be entered into, acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right to edit, publish and use any Online Entry without further permission, consideration or payment to the entrant. By submitting an Online Entry, entrant warrants and represents that Online Entry is 100% original creation/work by entrant and that use of the Online Entry as described herein will not violate any law or infringe upon the rights of any third party. All Online Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on December 31, 2008. Limit one Online Entry per person. Duplicate Online Entries received will be void. In the event the same headline is submitted by more than one entrant, the first Online Entry received will be accepted and all additional duplicate Online Entries will be deemed void.

Use of automated devices is not valid for entry. Online Entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. Sponsor and its parents, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. By submitting an Online Entry, you agree to abide by the terms of these Rules, CareerBuilder.com's Terms and Conditions, and the CareerBuilder.com Privacy Policy.

"Finalist" Judging Criteria: Online Entries that include profanity, or inappropriate or explicit language will be disqualified. A total of up to ten (10) Finalists will be selected from among all Online Entries received. Contest Finalists will be selected from among the valid entries on the basis of votes The top ten Online Entries, according to number of votes received from the public and satisfaction of all of the rules, will be declared "Finalists." Voting will commence as soon as there are at least two entries published on the "Vote for Your Favorite Headline" page on careerbuilder.com. Votes are accepted until 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2008 CT. In the event that any Online Entries receive the same number of votes, CareerBuilder will cast the deciding vote. In the event an insufficient number of qualified Online Entries is received (as determined solely by CareerBuilder.com), CareerBuilder.com may either cancel the Contest or proceed with less than ten Finalists, at its sole option. All Finalists will be notified by e-mail, on or about January 15, 2009. If a Finalist's notification is returned as undeliverable, such Finalist's Online Entry will be disqualified.

The Winning Headline (the "Contest Winner") will be selected from among the Finalists by Sponsor. All Finalist selections by the Sponsor are final and binding. All headline Finalists and the Contest Winner will be published on the START BUILDING Headline Contest home page, along with the corresponding entrants' first and last names, cities of residence and states.

Prize: The entrant of the winning headline will receive the Prize: publication of his/her headline, first and last name, city of residence and state in a national magazine of Sponsor's choosing. The Prize has no monetary or retail value. The Prize is not transferable and no substitutions may be made.

Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of the Prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and winning entry for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and copyright transfer/liability/publicity/permission release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within 30 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.

Participation: Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Rules. These Rules will be posted at the Start Building home page between June 1, 2008 and January 31, 2009. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should any computer virus, bugs or other technical difficulty or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Released Parties corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.

Limitations of Liability: By entering the Contest, you agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Construction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant vis-a-vis Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Illinois, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision was not contained herein.

General Release: By entering the Contest, you release and discharge Sponsor and Released Parties from any liability whatsoever in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize including, without limitation, legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including, without limitation: personal injuries; death; damage to, loss or destruction of property; rights of publicity or privacy; and defamation or portrayal in a false light). Sponsor and Released Parties will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Rules or in other materials relating to the CareerBuilder.com Start Building Headline Contest.
